Select Go Live, not Create Event
From Chose where to post menu on the left-hand side bar, use Post on timeline.
Once you’ve selected your destination, choose Now from the When are you going live menu.
Tap the unlabeled audience button that defaults to Public. Tap and select Only Me, a safe choice when you're testing.
Select a video source in Facebook Producer center panel, Streaming Software is what you want.
Below Streaming Software Setup, you’ll see a Stream Key (ignore it), below that is Advanced settings.
Go to Advanced Settings and turn on Persistent Stream Key, copy the new stream key (leave page open)
Go to OBS, Open Settings, select Stream, Select Facebook Live, Server is Default, paste your Stream Key, click OK
On right side of OBS, click Start Streaming, confirm yes you do, after a delay your feed will appear in the Facebook Live Producer window
Left of the live video in OBS you'll see three status button (two should be green). If they aren't green or there is no video, stop streaming, go back to step 13, get a new Streaming Key, and follow the steps like you did the first time.
Under your profile, chose to post your video, when you begin to broadcast, as Post on Timeline.
Unmarked button will show Public, tap and change it to Only Me while testing.
Confirm when you are going live—has to be within four hours of when you start to preview.
Confirm the unlabeled audience button says Only me (or whatever you selected)
Under the Stream Setup, take a look at the Dashboard. On the right side scroll down and give your live feed a Title and Description.
Way down at the bottom is a preview link titled View Post. You should see exactly what you will broadcast.
In OBS resize and move to suit if you don't like what you see. See
OBS Overview
Now press the blue Go Live button at the bottom of the left panel in OBS (don’t worry you’ll be in preview mode)
After tersting, when you really want to go live, don't forget to change the Audience so someone besides you can see the stream,
When you're done Tap the red End Live Video button. Scroll to top of center Facebook panel and chose a Qjuick Action
Tap the Stop Streaming button in OBS
You’l see a chance to rate the stream (FB technology, not your content)
When you go back it takes a while to reconnect and get the two green lights
If you’re going to do it again I’d recommend restarting VLC and OBS
If you change Seestar modes you'll need go get another streaming key from Facebook and enter it in OBS
